Description

The Top and Bottom Cleaner Conveyor connects directly to the deboxer via a flip up roller bridge. The machine runs parallel to our 120 or 60 frame conveyor and bring the boxes to the deboxer cleaning the burr comb from both the top and bottom bars along the way. This machine helps to make the extractor more efficient by providing a line of boxes to the uncapper enabling the uncapper operator to load the uncapper faster.

The power required for the Top and Bottom Bar Cleaner is 16 amps 230 volt single phase.
